My own Recipes: Chicken, Spaghetti and Sweetcorn Soup

Ingredients

225g of chicken cooked and roughly chopped

1 onion finely chopped

3 garlic cloves

50g of butter

Salt and pepper to season

2cm of ginger

1 litre of vegetable stock

50g of spaghetti broken

200g of sweetcorn

Soy sauce to serve

Method

  1. Put the butter into a pot and put on a medium heat to melt.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent (roughly 5 mins)
  3. Add chicken and gently fry off . Add the vegetable stock and broken spaghetti and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the sweetcorn in and boil for until the spaghetti is cooked (roughly 5 minutes).
  5. Serve and add soy sauce to flavour.
